Return & Refund Policy
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged. If your package is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 16 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damage for verification.
Items that are not damaged, including incorrect sizing, normal wear, or change of mind, are not eligible for refunds or returns. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Requests submitted after the 16-hour window will not be accepted.
